So some of you may not realize this but hair including beards have a terminal length. This is best described as the point where your hair stops growing. Everyone's terminal length is different and not measured in the length of the hair but length of time it will grow. There are plenty of products that state they can push through that window and increase your growing window as if thats true or not i am unsure. but through research i have found out like many things diet and exercise can change your terminal length.
