Hairy Face product review

Over the last few days I’ve been able to try The Hairy Face’s beard oil and balm. I was very happy with their customer service and willingness to help me out. I’m going to start off with the bad and end with the good. The oil quality was not what I would have hoped for. My skin underneath my beard never seemed to feel hydrated. After 4 hours I had to re apply the oil which is not the most convenient. I did however like the smell of the south beach fragrance. After such a negative time with the oil I had little hope for the balm but that was where I was pleasantly surprised. To start the balm had the perfect consistency that liquified with no effort. It was easily worked into my beard and left it looking full and looking uniform. The hold on this balm was great; it was strong but never caused my beard to feel waxy or greasy. This got me wondering if I would ever order from Hairy Face again. Initially, I thought I wouldn’t because of how badly I disliked the oil. But the more I used the balm and thought about the customer service I decided I would give them another try. This is why I can’t stress enough learning about a companies customer care. It can be the make or break. When I give this company a second chance I will be trying their Smokey Oak oil to see if I feel differently about their oils.
