Recently Patriot Beard Supply released a new scent called “Spent Brass”. They stepped away from the essential oil scented products and used a gunpowder fragrance and added a hint of vanilla to it. It’s strong but not overpowering and as it fades it becomes sweet and subtle but lasts hours. I ordered the oil and balm in this scent and was so happy with both products. The oil is fast acting and lasted the day without need to re apply other than to refresh the scent. The oil quickly relieved my skin itch and dandruff and gave my beard a healthy shine. The balm was a medium to strong hold, quickly absorbed making my beard look and feel full and healthy and best of all it left no greasy residue. Price wise Spent Brass oil is on sale for $8 for a 1oz and the balm is on sale for $16 for a 2 oz tin. This happens to be the second time I’ve reviewed Patriot Beard Supply and can say they are an incredibly consistent with quality and have uniquely crafted scents.
